What materials do you use?
We use either PETG or PLA, depending on the product and its intended use. Both are aquarium-safe once and perfect for long-term display or underwater setups.

Are your products aquarium-safe?
Yep! Everything that goes in a tank is designed with fish, shrimp, and snails in mind — no sharp edges, toxic coatings, or rough seams.

How do I care for the products long term?
No harsh scrubbing or boiling. A soft rinse or algae-safe brush is all you need. Keep dry items out of direct sun to avoid warping.

How many cards fit in the deck boxes?
Most of our boxes hold 100+ single-sleeved Magic: The Gathering cards, with space for tokens or dice. Check the individual listing for exact fit.

Do you take custom requests?
Sometimes! If you’ve got a tweak, scale change, or wild idea, send it through the contact page and we’ll see what’s possible.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are made and shipped from Northumberland, UK. I'm a one-human shop, so dispatch usually takes 2–4 business days.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email. UK orders are sent with a 48-hour tracked service. International delivery times vary, but all shipments include tracking.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — tracked international shipping is available at checkout. Delivery times vary by location.

Do your floating hides actually float?
They do! They're buoyancy-tested before shipping. Some tanks may need a gentle nudge to settle or stick.

Can I use your caves or décor with shrimp or fry?
Yes — most of our pieces are designed with shrimp, snails, and small fish in mind. No sharp edges, no glue, just smooth structures for hiding and exploring.

Can I put the décor straight into my tank?
Give it a rinse in tank water first (no soap!). All pieces are created clean and dry, but a quick soak helps settle them in.
